Helping Hands Project has built its programs on the principles of compassion, inclusivity, and empowerment.  By providing food, clothing, counseling, healthcare assistance and other services available within our capability to the underserved community families with children, seniors, homeless individuals and shelters. The Helping Hands Project aims to alleviate food insecurity, underserved community, reduce social isolation, and improve physical health, by facilitating counseling among these groups of people.
